Our Story
For over a decade, we have been building bridges – not physical ones, but strategic connections that drive efficient and results-oriented collaboration:
-
Bridging international institutions with Ukrainian stakeholders.
-
Connecting foreign businesses in Ukraine and beyond with Ukrainian public and private partners.
-
Empowering Ukrainian businesses, startups, innovators, and change-makers by linking them with global clients, investors, partners, and governments.
Now, we have launched a specialized advisory service designed to help businesses, NGOs, governments, and public entities expand globally and forge impactful international partnerships.
Our Philosophy
At CODIA, we believe that success comes from cooperative action.
-
"Co" comes from Latin, meaning "joint, jointly, together" – reflecting our commitment to collaboration and shared success
-
"Dia" means "action" in Ukrainian – emphasizing our hands-on approach to creating meaningful impact.
Together, CODIA stands for action-driven cooperation – helping businesses, NGOs, and governments turn global ambitions into reality.
Challenges We Help to Resolve
Market Knowledge
-
Navigating a new market is overwhelming due to an overload of free but often non-specific research.
-
Lack of on-the-ground insights leads businesses to take risky entry paths or delay expansion altogether.
Partner Selection
-
Identifying a reliable partner is challenging, as every new contact presents themselves as the right choice.
-
Securing key connections is difficult without an established local network.
Financial Barriers
-
Limited knowledge of financial instruments, key investors, and funding procedures makes fundraising complex.
Cultural Barriers
-
Language differences and cultural gaps create obstacles in communication and business negotiations.
